Job Description:
- Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring everything stays within budget while meeting high standards.

- Analyzing sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

- Managing kitchen, bar, and dining operations for optimal efficiency and service quality.
- Forecasting and managing food, beverage, and labor costs to maximize profits.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (both written and verbal).
Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Business Suite, and experience with POS systems and third-party delivery platforms is an advantage.
