Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our climbing gym team. You will be the first point of contact for our online customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier support through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers, from booking sessions to answering membership questions. --- Key Responsibilities **Online Customer Service** - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. - Assist with class bookings, membership sign-ups, cancellations, and modifications. - Provide information on gym facilities, pricing, promotions, and events. - Troubleshoot customer concerns related to online accounts, payment issues, and scheduling conflicts. - Engage with the online climbing community by answering questions and sharing updates on social media. - Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and user experience. - Coordinate with in-gym staff to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fitness, sports, or climbing-related business.
  2. Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and professionalism. (TOEIC at least 600 or equivalent)
  3. Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  4. Passion for climbing or an interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
  5. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle customer concerns with patience and empathy.
  6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
