Job Descriptions

1. Preparing, maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting for all electrical equipment as power system, fire alarm system, automation machine, robot, pneumatic and PLC. 2. Controlling and reducing the maintenance costs to have production effectiveness within the specified limits. 3. Lead the preparation of basic design packages and engineering details for company projects, focusing on electrical systems, fire alarm systems and packing machine. 4. Define the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate to the sourcing of maintenance spare parts supplier. 5. Develop and maintain knowledge of debug and troubleshooting. 6. Coordination with machinery manufacturers abroad to solve problem and improvement machine. 7. Create and update maintenance work instructions and procedure. 8. Act to improve the reliability of equipments & toolings (power system, fire alarm system, automation machine, robot, pneumatic and PLC) 9. Coordinate maintenance activities with production team to ensure safe, efficient machine operations. 10. Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies, focusing on Autonomous Maintenance (AM), planned maintenance, and MOC (Management of Change).

Qualifications

Male Age 25-30 Years.
Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics, automation engineering or related.
At least 3 years in electrical system, industrial or process or maintenance.
PLC skills (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi)
Knowledge of robotics, filling, packing and automation.
Computer skill (Microsoft office, Autcad 2 D)
Able to work under pressure with coordination skill.
Good Lean and Kaizen knowledge.
Good Thai and English.
