Job Descriptions

- Provide insight data and analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows from the shop floor through to Data Centre. which identify the areas for improvement and reduce excess or unnecessary process and reporting - Execution the assigned improvement project from initiation to completion with front line and plant team - Validate and ensure the accuracy of data being used in reporting is excellent through better data interfaces and developing a forensic knowledge of the flow of the data through various systems. - Execute of Change Management in order for optimization of Manufacturing processes with end user - Provide training, coaching to employees at various levels on continuous improvement concepts, methodologies, and tools. - Support the development of a skilled and knowledgeable workforce capable of driving and sustaining improvement efforts. - Perform as assigned to lead and support continuous improvement culture activities and reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IE, computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in building, managing, optimizing data with various data source and Plant logistic management is an advantage.
Knowledge and experience of SAP HANA, WMS is an advantage.
Good knowledge in data management and Able to usedata tools Ex. SQL and NoSQL, Power BI, Excel , API
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent English communication skills and presentation
