Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the process development and maintenance of fiber optic communication products (optical cables, jumpers, jumpers, fiber arrays, pigtails, AOCs, flexible fiber shuffles, etc.), ensuring mass production of high-quality and high-reliability products; - Organize key process design, feasibility assessment and verification; - Analyze and solve product quality problems complained by customers, work closely with the development team and quality department, track defects in a timely manner, and formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures; - Responsible for the preparation of process documents for the sample to mass production stage, and guide and train production staff; - Timely assist in solving process anomalies in the production process; - Lead the execution of product engineering changes to meet customer design change
Qualifications
  1. 3 years or more of product development or process-related work experience in optical cables, jumpers, optical devices, etc.;
  2. Proficient in using design software such as Auto-CAD
