1. Engineering Design & Mechanical Systems Development •Design and develop industrial machinery, production lines, and mechanical components. •Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and manufacturing blueprints using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, or other relevant design software. •Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for structural and thermal evaluations. •Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. 2. Energy Systems & Renewable Integration •Develop and implement renewable energy solutions for industrial applications, including Biomass, solar energy, heat recovery, and waste energy utilization. •Design energy-efficient mechanical systems to optimize heating, cooling, and power usage. •Improve thermal energy management in drying technology and agricultural processing. •Conduct energy audits and recommend improvements to reduce operational energy costs. 3. Strategic Development & Business Impact •Support technology scouting & investment analysis for energy and mechanical system innovations. •Evaluate ROI and cost-benefit analysis for new designs and energy projects. •Collaborate with external suppliers, research institutions, and technology providers to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Strong background in mechanical system design and renewable energy applications. Professional Experience
Minimum 7+ years in engineering design, energy systems, or industrial machinery development.
Experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing industrial equipment or production systems.
Proficiency in engineering design tools, including oAutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar software.
Expertise in FEA, CFD, and motion simulation for mechanical and thermal systems.
Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and sustainability practices.
Fast learner & technology-driven – Ability to integrate new energy technologies and mechanical innovations.
Strategic thinker with business acumen – Capable of aligning technical initiatives with financial and operational goals.
Strong problem-solving skills – Skilled in diagnosing complex engineering challenges and implementing effective solutions.
