1. Automation & Smart Manufacturing •Design and deploy AI-driven automation solutions to enhance production efficiency and process control. •Implement and optimize Industrial IoT (IIoT) systems, enabling real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. •Integrate and configure PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems for manufacturing automation. •Drive robotics and smart system deployment for autonomous operations. 2. Process Innovation & Optimization •Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM principles to reduce waste and improve productivity. •Utilize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and predictive analytics to enhance asset utilization. •Develop AI and machine learning models for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection. •Standardize and implement best practices in process automation and continuous improvement. 3.Industry 4.0 & Digital Transformation •Lead the integration of smart factory technologies, including cloud computing, big data analytics, and cyber-physical systems. •Implement AI-driven decision support systems for production planning and resource optimization. •Explore and pilot emerging technologies such as digital twins, edge computing, and autonomous systems. •Develop a roadmap for digital transformation to align with long-term business goals. 3. Strategic Development & Business Impact •Evaluate ROI and cost-benefit analysis for automation and process improvement projects. •Collaborate with external partners, tech providers, and R&D institutions to adopt cutting-edge solutions. •Train and mentor cross-functional teams to embrace smart automation and AI-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, AI & Data Science, or related fields.
Strong background in AI-driven automation, IoT integration, and process optimization.
Minimum 7+ years in industrial automation, AI & IoT integration, or manufacturing process optimization.
Proven track record in implementing smart automation solutions and Lean process improvements.
Proficiency in automation technologies, including PLC, SCADA, IoT platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-based analytics.
Strong understanding of predictive maintenance, digital twins, and robotic process automation (RPA).
Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, and smart factory methodologies.
