Job Descriptions
- Being responsible for all BOI practice after approval.
- Conducting the Import/ Export process to comply with BOI Policy.
- Ensuring BOI practice to comply with Trade Compliance.
- Involving the daily delivery plan meeting among relevant parties.
- Managing and control BOI Stock to ensure all inventories.
- Utilize the BOI Privileges for new business (Logistic functions).
- Generating BOI report and managing the BOI database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related fields.
- 3-5 years' experience in import/ export/ shipping/ Customs/ and BOI.
- Computer literacy (Excel/ Pivot Table)
- English ability. Mandarin is a plus.
- Service Mind, Team Work, and Work Accuracy is required.
