Job Descriptions
- Engage in Sales and Marketing Activities - Develop and expand the client base to achieve sales targets. - Generate and cultivate leads and inquiries - Conduct effective sales visits, marketing calls, and impactful presentation - Maintain strong relationships with consultants, investment, and planning departments within the designated territories. - Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle customer objections, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales agreements. - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. Age : 24-40 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field
  2. Language : Thai / English
  3. Technical Knowledge, Product Knowledge Pre-engineered building (get more training)
  4. Sales skills: communication, negotiation, presentation Skills
  5. Business Acumen: Market research, Sales Strategy Development
  6. Priority given to those with sales experience in the technical field
