Job Descriptions
1.Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative tasks including supplier communication order processing and documentation management
2.Manage claims and issue resolution with factories and vendors for defective items shortages missing parts or order discrepancies
ensuring quick and effective resolution
3.Support relevant departments by gathering and providing accurate quotations and pricing details

5.Handle other work as per assignment
Qualifications
- No gender restrictions
- Age 28-36 yrs
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or import work
- Good l earning, good negotiation and data analysis skill
- Being able to drive cars with license is advantage
- Experience in SAP as a user in an advantage
- Good English communication
- MS Office proficiency especially Excel
