Tasks & responsibilities
Handle Company Establishment, DBD, BOI and FBL matters.
Develop strategies on investments and company structures.
Analyze and develop the obtention of different licenses like FDA, TISI, etc.
Draft, review and revise business agreements as well as legal documents in relation to client’s businesses.
Provide appropriate legal advice and guidance to clients, in respond to both problem and support, depending on circumstances.
Monitor, update, and research related laws.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in job´s related positions.
- Good command in English.
- Excellent in drafting, problem-solving, analytical and research skills.
