Job Descriptions
1.Paying Officer have a duty to record disbursement documents 2.Recording related to various expenses of the company 3.Preparation of purchase tax reports 4.Account for purchases 5.Prepare a summary of the balance in the purchase journal 6.Make a general certificate as well as record relevant account 7.Keep the documents in the folder neatly 8.Summit to SSO, PND1, PP.30, PND53, PND3, etc. 9.Other tasks according to the orders assigned
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า
  2. มีพื้นฐานการใช้โปรแกรม Excel
  3. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
  5. สามารถเรียนรู้งาน หรือเรื่องต่างๆได้เร็ว
  6. มีพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการบันทึก / คีย์ข้อมูล (มีสอนงานให้)
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. หากสามารถสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
