Job Descriptions
IT Engineer Responsibilities Description: 1. Responsible for the establishment and daily maintenance of the company's network environment, servers, and virtual machines; 2. Responsible for the daily deployment, planning, monitoring and maintenance of the company's system platform to ensure efficient, safe and stable operation; 3. Responsible for providing technical support to users, solving user problems, and improving work instructions; 4. Help with the maintenance of the company’s internal IT systems, such as SAP/ERP/OA/MOM and other management software, ① Execute, provide feedback and maintain the online or upgrade work of various systems of the company, and promote implementation; ② Track user needs and convert them into demand documents; ③Responsible for system functional testing and testing and verification of the iterative functional organization of the application system; ④ Responsible for application system training and improving work instructions; ⑤Responsible for the maintenance and management of application system functions and user accounts;
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above in IT
  2. Familiar with the management and daily maintenance operations of Windows systems;
  3. Be familiar with the configuration, use and management of mainstream Internet components;
  4. Familiar with network principles, familiar with network-related configurations, and capable of rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting;
  5. Can independently be responsible for platform deployment,
  6. operation and maintenance
  7. with experience in independently undertaking operation and maintenance projects will be given priority;
  8. Have strong communication and collaboration skills;
  9. Can communicate in Chinese will be great
  10. Can work on Saturday ( 6 days work week)
