Job Descriptions
1.สรรหาพนักงานตำแหน่ง พนักงานขายออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ และตำแหน่งอื่น ๆ ใน Job Online, FB และ TikTok 2. ปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ 3. ทำบัตรพนักงานใหม่ 4. ดูแลชุดยูนิฟอร์มและวัสดุสำนักงาน 5. ดูแลงานแม่บ้าน 6. ทำงานธุรการของฝ่าย HR 7. จัดกิจกรรมวันเกิด กิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวประจำปี และกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ 8. จัดหาหลักสูตรอบรม และรายงาน KPI 9. รายงานให้ผู้บริหารทราบทุกวันและทุกสัปดาห์ 10. งานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน HR
Qualifications
  1. เพศ หญิง - ชาย
  2. ประสบการณ์ด้าน HR & Admin 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. ทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และทัศนคติเชิงบวกดี
  4. ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจอย่างมีเหตุผล
  5. ใช้ Microsoft Office, Google Work Space, Canva, ChatGPT ได้อย่างชำนาญ
  6. มีประสบการณ์ทำ work permit ให้ชาวต่างชาติ
  7. ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดินและทำงานล่วงเวลาตามผู้บริหารได้
  8. พร้อมรับฟังคำแนะนำจากหัวหน้าและเพื่อนร่วมงาน
