Job Descriptions
• Ticket Management: Receive, review, categorize, prioritize, and route tickets to appropriate teams. Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely resolution. • Reporting: Maintain real-time updates in the ticket system and generate reports on ticket volume, resolution times, and recurring issues. • Coordination: Serve as the liaison between business units and internal teams, providing updates and escalating critical issues as needed. • Process Improvement: Analyze ticket data for trends, assist in developing corrective actions, and update standard operating procedures. • Administrative Support: Document all ticket activities and support additional administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. Proven experience in administration, customer service, or ticket management
  3. Proficient with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
