We are a Japanese dessert brand expanding in Thailand and are looking for a Store Manager to join our team! If you are passionate about desserts and have strong management skills, we’d love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities: 1. Learn and master dessert-making techniques (training will be provided) 2. Train and manage store staff to ensure efficient operations Implement and maintain standardized store operations and procedures 3. Handle daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking 4. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere

Qualifications

Age: Under 30, with a good personal appearance and demeanor
Language: Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus
Experience: Prior experience in the F&B or retail industry is preferred
Personality: Responsible, good communication skills, and strong team management abilities
Can do casher job also
