Logistic Coordinator (Songkhla Site) – Oil & Gas Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized Logistic Coordinator (Songkhla Site) to oversee material handling and shore coordination for our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain management, and offshore support in the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate material movements between offshore and onshore sites. · Ensure efficient and timely delivery of equipment and supplies. · Maintain inventory control and manage storage at the shore base. · Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations. · Track shipments, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. · Assist in customs clearance and documentation processes. · Work closely with vessel and port authorities to facilitate smooth operations. · Monitor and improve cost efficiency in logistical processes. · Manage the logistics for crew transportation, accommodation, and scheduling in Songkhla · Liaise with agent on visa matters.

Qualifications

bachelor degree in Business Admin , logistics
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Experience in working with shore base operations
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Knowledge of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) practices in logistics.
Simple English communication skill is preferred.
Strong understanding of offshore supply chain operations.
