Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Network and Security Solution based on customer requirements.
- Provide technical support to customers by remotely or onsite support.
- Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
- Create and Maintain documentation of network and security solution configuration.
- Good command in English especially communication skill.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in network and cyber security solutions.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Network and Cyber Security solutions (Firewall, Switches L2, L3, Routers, SD-WAN, Wireless Access Points)
- Candidate with ComTIA, CCNA, CCNP and/or CISA, CISSP will be an advantage.
- Service minded with excellent communication and coordinator skill, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn with muti-tasking skills.
