Job Descriptions
•Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as well as strategies for sales operations. • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager. • Monitor and update information regarding domestic and international market conditions. • Manage and maintain customer information. • Collect, analyze, and address customer concerns and complaints. • Apply for credit lines on behalf of customers. • Ensure control over customer shipments and credit amounts in accordance with approved credit limits. • Prepare quotations and sales confirmations for customers. • Receive customer orders and coordinate shipment schedules. • Oversee product stock management within the warehouse. • Prepare delivery orders for the accounting staff to facilitate invoice issuance. • Follow up on billing processes and manage the collection of payments from customers. • Provide weekly reports and updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager. • Conduct regular visits and maintain relationships with customers. • Develop and deliver presentations and training programs for customers. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of Export Sales experience
  3. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships.
  5. Good command of English with both verbal and written.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
  7. Able to work hybrid.
  8. Able to travel to visit customer in North and North east area of Thailand
  9. Having a private car and driver's license
