Job Descriptions
1. ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
2. การตอบสนองต่อข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
3. ให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า
4. จัดหมวดหมู่ข้อร้องเรียนแต่ละลูกค้า บันทึกและติดตามปัญหาคุณภาพและดำเนินการแก้ไขปรับปรุง
5. ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุระหว่าง 24-29 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา โลหะการ หรือสาขา การจัดการ
- หากมีประสบการณ์เรื่องการรับข้อร้องเรียนลูกค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับโรงงาน "เหล็ก" จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพ ISO 90001, IATF 16949 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ในระดับดีมาก
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือ ภาษาเกาหลีได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ พร้อมมีใบขับขี่
- มีมนุษยสัมพันดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสารเป็นเลิศ
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ (บ.ไม่มีรถรับส่ง)
