Job Descriptions
•Support Sales Team Efficiency. •Ensuring all information is correct and timely. •Provide administrative support to the sales team to help drive business success Daily Responsibilities: •Sales materials for customers ( Quotation,PI / pictures / specs / presentations / certificates / all sales documents ) •Manage social media posts •Update stock clearance catalog and price list •Find new leads from Fair lists, web-sites, any possible sources •Assist in submission SME Proactive to get subsidy from DITP after participating in trade fairs •Support fair preparation •Showroom arrangement
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in business, administration or related fields.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
  4. Ability to think and work independently.
  5. Experience in sales support will be an advantage.
  6. Fluent in Thai & English.
