Job Descriptions
🔹 พัฒนาและปรับปรุง Customer Journey ตั้งแต่ก่อนซื้อจนถึงบริการหลังการขาย 🔹 รับฟัง Feedback ลูกค้า และวางแผน Wow Factor เช่น Birthday Surprise หรือสิทธิพิเศษ 🔹 ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าให้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ 🔹 ดูแลทีม Admin Page & Social Media Admin ให้ให้ข้อมูลและบริการได้อย่างมืออาชีพ 🔹 จัดการ CRM, ERP, AI Chatbot และพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มร่วมกับทีม IT 🔹 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า วัดผล CSAT, NPS และวางกลยุทธ์พัฒนาประสบการณ์ลูกค้า 🔹 บริหารทีม CRM, IT, Admin Page และประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เช่น Marketing และฝ่ายบริหาร ทำงาน: จันทร์ - เสาร์ 09:00 - 18:00 น. (WFA วันเสาร์)
Qualifications
  1. ประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปีขึ้นไปในงาน Customer Experience, Customer Service, CRM หรือ Operations
  2. เชี่ยวชาญ เครื่องมือ CRM, ERP, AI Chatbot และการจัดการ CX
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ E-commerce หรือธุรกิจมือถือ จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
