Job Description 1.Machine Preventive Maintenance > Utilize preventive maintenance and resolve technical issue of operation machines to reduce downtime and/or break down of production processes. 2.Machine Performance Improvement > Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly of your section, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improve and develop productivity, capability and efficiency 3.Work closely with maintenance and production team to achieve and improve the quality KPIs. 4.Make sure that Safety and 5S principles are followed in the quality team-working environment. 5.Work on special assignments as may from time to time be directed by maintenance manager & Top Management

Qualifications

Diploma Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (1+ year’ experience in machine maintenance works in the industrial factory) or Vocational Certificate (3+ years’ experience in machine maintenance works in the industrial factory).
Fair English written and spoken communication.
Familiar with Microsoft Office software package (Excel and data analysis).
Logical Thinking and Problem Solving Attitude, Target Oriented Mindset and Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Provides direction and guidance to a team in a way that leads to optimal results.
Takes positive action when employees'/ colleagues' performance lags behind.
