Job Descriptions
-ติดต่อและประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าชาวจีนเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
-จัดทำเอกสารนำเข้า-ส่งออก เช่น Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading และเอกสารศุลกากรต่าง ๆ
-ตรวจสอบและติดตามการขนส่งสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนด
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายศุลกากร ชิปปิ้ง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-แปลเอกสารทางธุรกิจ และสื่อสารภาษาจีน-ไทย ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศ [ชาย/หญิง/ไม่จำกัด] อายุ 20-45 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีื ขึ้นไป สาขาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะภาษาจีน HSK 5 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออก หรือโลจิสติกส์ที่ต้องใช้ภาษาจีน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน (Microsoft Office, ERP) ได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
