Job Descriptions
1. บันทึกงานบัญชีและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงิน เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และเอกสารบัญชีอื่น ๆ 2. ตรวจสอบและติดตามการชำระเงินของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้และลูกหนี้ ให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา 3. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและกระทบยอดบัญชี ของบัญชีธนาคารและบัญชีแยกประเภท 4. จัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีและงบการเงินเบื้องต้น เช่น งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน และรายงานทางบัญชีอื่น ๆ 5. ดูแลภาษีและคำนวณยื่นภาษี และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT), ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax) 6. ติดต่อประสานงานกับธนาคาร สรรพากร และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 0-2 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานบัญชีและภาษีอากร
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี เช่น Express, SAP หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Excel และเครื่องมือสำนักงานอื่น ๆ ได้ดี
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  7. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมได้
