Job Descriptions

Sell (SCRAP) of Indirect Materials - Control for Local scrap sales, comparable, assessment buying price & documentation through payment process. - Control schedule of scrap shipment and coperate with relevant persons. Purchase of indiret materials (auxilary materials, packing materials, spare parts, tools and equipment), outsourcing and service. - Contact with vendor for prices conditions and quality of necessary indirect material and service needed - Involve sourcing and purchasing of new/ or alternative goods. - Price assessment and placing order process. - Tracking the outstanding order to meet internal Customers request schedule. - Control and evaluate vendor's performanace periodically to guide their performanace to be improved. - Full responsibility for controlled purchase of indirect material including issued purchase order through receiving control plan. - Construction Project Bill of Quantity [BOQ] Analysis and collaboration with related to detemine essential equipment. - Support Senior Purchaser, Supervisor, Assistant Manager & Manager to motivation Localization Project of each Division. - Customize Component, Localization Component or Engineering Technical determine with Production Engineering, Designer or Related for maximize suitable selected. - Others Role unders Assistant /Manager or upper level assignment. Delivery monitoring and control of purchase materials/goods - Control delivery schedule of both direct and indirect materials. - Consider to tak necessary action by sending SCAR to related vendor for countermeasure in case of vendor doesn't comply with condition imposed on the document, product quality or delivery delay. - To secure the incoming material/goods quality, specification and quantity, receiving inspection shall be properly do

Qualifications

Male or Female Age 25 up.
Bachelor's degree in Administrative, Engineering, Economic, Logistics & Supply Chain or Equal.
Procurement experience blackground is advantage.
Englished Launguage is advantage.
Knowledge of computer skill.
Self-motivated and good command of relationship and communicate with people.
