Job Descriptions
Description: 1. Cooperate with the group to implement policies and track various business performance goals. 2. Establish and formulate a high-quality, high-service and high-efficiency team system. 3. VIP reception and maintain customer relationships and supervise the implementation of customer satisfaction improvement and improvement plans. 4. Have cross-departmental coordination, personnel deployment, team management and crisis management capabilities.
Qualifications
  1. Have 5-10 years of management experience in the guest service department of a star hotel or more than 6 years of management experience as a housekeeping department supervisor, and are willing to accept challenges.
  2. Have practical experience in operations management, market strategy formulation, quality training, etc.
  3. Have the ability to analyze market trends and industry competition and formulate response strategies.
  4. Have execution ability, good at cross-departmental coordination and communication, and strong ambition.
  5. Have Thai and English Chinese (Japanese as a bonus) communication skills.
  6. AGE :26-35 years
