Business: E-commerce and live-streaming Location: Ratchada, MRT Sutthisan Work hours: Mon-Sat 10:00-19:00 Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop recruitment plans for the Thailand office, manage company personnel, calculate payroll, social security, and employee benefits. Assist the operations department in talent acquisition. 2. Manage the entire recruitment process (posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) and expand local recruitment channels, such as TikTok accounts and Facebook groups. 3. Coordinate recruitment standards between China and Thailand, design cross-cultural onboarding training, and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and visa policies.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in HR management and recruitment. Experience in the internet/live-streaming industry is preferred.
No gender restrictions. Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 THB, with social security benefits.
Language: Native Thai speaker, Fluent in English.
Work schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Company holidays follow Thai labor laws.
