Job Descriptions
QA Lab Engineer 1. Supervision of daily operation of the laboratory, human/machine/material/method/environment/safety 2. Laboratory safety management, chemical management, consumables management and Cost Down project formulation and implementation 3. Laboratory equipment management, calibration, maintenance implementation, parameter adjustment, optimization, etc 4. Laboratory abnormal processing process, abnormal tracking, quality confirmation, promote the improvement process 5. Standardization of experimental analysis, establishment of SOP, education and training plan for new and old employees to improve the accuracy of analysis 6. Basic skills of employee skill matrix 7. Collaborate with Flex and SMT engineering groups on quality problem solving, provide assistance in troubleshooting 8. Feedback any nonconformance of product quality to related department and push improve quality level, follow up their correction actions and assess their effectiveness 9. Promote the improvement of station projects 10. Customer audit, system audit, etc 11. Cooperate with the department information system & automation on-line 12. Cooperate with and obey the work arrangement of superior leaders, and finish the work items assigned by superior leaders in advance 13. Organize daily/weekly/monthly reports and notify relevant departments by email QA Lab Leader 1.Arrange inspector daily job, monitor inspector follow WI to do. 2.Response 5S of working area, lead member to finish machine maintain and record. 3.Training new inspector and machine operation. 4.Collect, summarize and record shift inspection result, buyoff inspection result, any abnormal data should be highlight to supervisor. 5.Daily and weekly report summarize and report prepare 6.Deal with and finish member attendance, including daily overtime, leave, the plan of shift arrangement, the resign, absenteeism, etc. 7.Feedback working issues or other issues (and make good suggestions if possible), whenever there is any found, etc.
Qualifications
  1. QA Lab Engineer
  2. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or chemical industry is preferred
  3. Have work experience in quality system management
  4. Be familiar with ISO9000 / IATF16949 QC080000 / ISO14001 / OSHAS18001
  5. Familiar with quality system management, document control and other systems
  6. Understand IATF quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC and MSA
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Good computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
  9. Good communication in both written and spoken English
  10. Good command of Chinese is preferred.
  11. Good team player at work

  13. High school or above
  14. Has at least 1 years’ experience of quality management and the management skill for grass roots
  15. Familiar with process quality control and FPC manufacture process
  16. Ability to communicate in computer skill, excel, word skill
  17. Able to support overtime and rotating shift arrangement
  18. Have experience working with Chemical and Laboratory
  19. Chinese speaking skill is perferred
