Job Descriptions

1. Inspection of incoming parts (critical to assembly dimensions) ตรวจสอบกระบวนการรับสินค้าเข้ามา (ดูในส่วนของส่วนการประกอบไดเมนชั่น) 2. Assembly and verification of Customer or Supplier's Dies&Fixtures ประกอบและตรวจสอบ (เวอริฟาย) ดายและฟิกเจอร์ของลูกค้าหรือซัพพลายเออร์ 3. Polishing of precision parts if required ขัดชิ้นส่วนพรีซิชั่น 4. Surface grinding of parts using Surface Grinder during die assembly for fitting ไกรน์ดิ้ง 5. Work with Customer or Supplier's buy-off for Die/Fixture buy-off ตรวจเช็คดาย ฟิกเจอร์ร่วมกับลูกค้าหรือซัพพลายเออร์ก่อนรับเข้ามาเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานหรือไม่ 6. Maintain good relationship with customer รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า 7. Weekly report providing work details&observation to reporting head. รายงานผลประจำสัปดาห์ให้หัวหน้าทราบ (สังเกตและการเตรียมรายละเอียดงาน) 8. OB Deblurr ส่องกล้องดีเบลอชิ้นงาน 9. Follow with company/supervisor instruction, study other manuafactur process / join cross training between different process ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของบริษัท/หัวหน้างาน เรียนรู้และเข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมกระบวนการผลิตต่างๆ 10. Follow with comapany/superviser instruction working on different operation task after completed training. ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของบริษัท/หัวหน้างานในการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการฝึกอบรม
