Job Descriptions
- Book shipments online (Inttra) & manually - Coordinate with agents, shippers & liners - Manage shipment documentation & schedules - Handle cross-country & nomination shipments - Process Switch Bill of Lading (BL) - Provide rate quotations & freight rate checks
Qualifications
  1. Good command of English for documentary and email only
  2. Experience in shipping & logistics (at least 2 - 3 years)
  3. Strong coordination & multitasking skills
  4. Have serviced mind and able to work under pressure.
  5. Have computer skills, hardworking and patient
  6. Knowledge of booking processes & documentation
