Job Descriptions

1. Monitoring - Implement and develop health and safety standards (Weekly checking of the PPE for employee all department and daily patrol based on operation working time. -Monthly checking of the Fie Fighting equipment to make sure with good condition of quality -Monthly check for safety wire rope sling at store to make sure with good condition. -Monthly document about safety and ISPS. 2. Coordinate - Cooperating with all department that involved with safety section. 3. Direct work with team - Participate directly to work group for checking or repairing of the PPE, sign signal and firefighting equipment. 4. Staff Training - Identifies staff development and training need and ensures that training is obtained. - Help to teach for the staff to understand the PPE policy, know fire plan and how to fire fighting. - Training design for PPE training and fire drill. 5. Assist with administrative duties - Requesting the equipment & other signs boards for the safety section. - Issue IR for P.R. of materials or spare parts for PPE, fire equipment and other equipment about safety and ISPS. - Assist in Purchasing process. 6. Report - Report and unusual & problem to Associate port control director for take action on time - Report for daily work and submit to Associate port control director for checking accordingly, - Making the monthly report to associate port control director 7. Special Assignment - Other tasks as assigned by Associate port control director
