Job Descriptions
• บริหารจัดการกระบวนการจัดซื้อสินทรัพย์ถาวร (Fix Asset) เช่น เครื่องชงกาแฟ, ตู้แช่เบเกอรี่ , ตู้แช่วัตถุดิบ , ซิงค์ล้างจาน, เครื่องทอด ฯลฯ ตามความต้องการของแต่ละสาขา • วางแผนและดำเนินการจัดซื้อให้สอดคล้องกับงบประมาณและแผนงานเปิดสาขาใหม่ • ควบคุมและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้าก่อนการจัดส่ง และการติดตั้งที่สาขาต่างๆ • ประสานงานกับผู้จำหน่ายและผู้รับเหมาในการติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ รวมถึงการดูแลซ่อมบำรุง • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการใช้งานและความต้องการสินทรัพย์ เพื่อทำการคาดการณ์และวางแผนการจัดซื้อในอนาคต • ติดตามการใช้จ่ายและการใช้งานสินทรัพย์ถาวรในแต่ละสาขา เพื่อให้สามารถบริหารจัดการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อสินทรัพย์ถาวร ในธุรกิจ Retail อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  2. หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อสินทรัพย์ถาวร ในธุรกิจคาเฟ่ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีความรู้ในการสร้างร้านและการติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ เช่น ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบสื่อสาร, ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย
  4. มีทักษะด้านวางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณในการจัดซื้อได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภา
  5. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและประสานงานกับผู้จำหน่ายและผู้รับเหมา
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้อย่างชำนาญ
  7. หากใช้โปรแกรม SAP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
