Job Descriptions
RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination with subcontractors on construction work execution. Monitoring work volumes, quality, and deadlines on the construction site. Verification and preparation of work completion and acceptance reports. Constant updating and maintenance of construction schedules in MS Project. Preparing progress reports for management. Reading and analyzing drawings in AutoCAD. Ensuring compliance of construction works with technical requirements and project documentation. Participation in internal planning meetings and coordination of workflows.
Qualifications
  1. Thai citizenship.
  2. Experience in construction.
  3. English language proficiency.
  4. Ability to read drawings in AutoCAD.
  5. Understanding of technical construction processes.
  6. Experience working with subcontractors.
  7. Proficiency in MS Project.
  8. Responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
