Job Descriptions

1. Design and execute test plans for electronic products, including PCBA, IoT devices, automotive lighting, and PCB assemblies. 2. Develop and maintain functional testing environments, including hardware fixtures and automated test scripts. 3. Perform root cause analysis on product failures and provide corrective action recommendations. 4. Set up, calibrate, and maintain advanced testing equipment, including tools for IoT and environmental testing. 5. Deploy and integrate new testing tools to support production and R&D activities. 6. Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and defect logs for ERP integration. 7. Provide detailed test reports to production and engineering teams, ensuring traceability and transparency. 8. Support the R&D team by testing prototypes and providing feedback for design improvements. 9. Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and streamline testing workflows. 10. Work with the Production & Engineering team to integrate testing workflows into ERP systems. 11. Develop IoT function test databases for Co-IoT testing with clients. 12. Identify inefficiencies in testing processes and propose solutions for improvement. 13. Stay updated with the latest testing technologies and implement innovative methods to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Male - Female age 25 - 35 Years
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in testing electronic products, PCBA, automotive lighting systems, IoT devices, or related fields.
Proven track record of working in a production or engineering environment, with exposure to high-quality testing standards.
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and supporting R&D projects.
Familiarity with automotive standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AEC-Q100/Q200).
Knowledge of automotive lighting systems, including CAN/LIN communication testing.
Familiarity with PCB design software for basic schematic reviews.
Understanding of quality management systems like ISO 9001.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defects and propose solutions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to testing and quality assurance.
