Job Descriptions1. Sales & Reservations
- Take care all of enquiry & booking (FIT< GIT, Ad-hoc & Corporate )
- Ensuring the 24 hours turns around time
- Work closely with product & contract team to ensure that each quote/pitch have the best possible product/excursions & competitive rate
- Ensure the accuracy of each proposal/pitch/booking
- Work on the Vivu Connect System ( VC )
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Meeting the weekly/monthly/yearly target in term of Revenue & Gross Margin
2. Finance & Report
- Weekly/Monthly Report on conversation, number of enquiry VS turns around by each team member, by agent, by revenue…
- Ensuring the accuracy of net cost & selling price as per contract for each supplier in each booking in Vivu Connect ( VC )
- Finds ways to save cost that will reflect to the improvement of the gross margin of each booking
- Work closely with Finance to resolve the discrepancy, invoice….
3. IDS
- Ability to think and act quickly to support guides changing itinerary as required, for example in the case of bad weather
- Maintaining operational viability
- Providing feedback and suggested improvements to the
4. Problem solving & Team Support
- Addressing any issues or concerns from team with the relevant parties to resolve the issues
- Feedback the product team-if there is any need on product adjustment or new product development that is needed for any specific account
- Resolve the internal conflict within the team
- Smooth Communication Internally & Externally
Qualifications - Minimum 2-year working in tourism field
- Good command of both written and spoken English and French in a Plus!
- High degree of Sale Background
- University graduates
- Knowledge of Thailand Destination
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to engage with a wide range of people
- A calm, customer focused manner
- A natural hunger for knowledge and learning
