Job Descriptions
- Follow up on the requirement of IATF 16949 and other international standard and ensure the conformity of company management - Coordinate with certification bodies and arrange to conduct system audit i.e. certification, Re-certification, Surveillance audit - Ensure accuracy of data submitted for management review. - Oversee and maintain quality assurance processes (eg Corrective Action, Deviation and Engineering Change). - Supervise and execute a containment action and follow up on disposition of non-conformity - Follow up on the completion and effectiveness of corrective/preventive/Improvement action - Provide initial and recurrent quality awareness training to employees. - Develop, maintain and lead routine internal audit program. - Follow up and execute company’s activities to achieve KPI as per the set targets. - Act as liaison with registrar and customers for external audits. - Ensure that the QMS continues to meet the requirements set out in IATF 16949. - Perform regular scheduled QMS submissions to customers to ensure certification is maintained (eg Ford QOS). - Review basic statistical quality control, which includes charting, recording & analyzing the processes.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
  2. Have good knowledge in Quality Management system, especially with IATF 16949
  3. Have good knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, and other automotive
  4. Excellent command of English both oral and written
  5. Able to use MS office , Power Point
