Job Descriptions
New Business Development: - Identify and research potential hotel partners within the assigned territory. - Conduct cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to introduce our OTA services and value proposition. - Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to meet the needs of each hotel. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with new hotel partners. - Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hotels onto the OTA platform. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing hotel partners. - Communicate regularly with hotels to provide support, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities. - Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend strategies to optimize hotel performance on the OTA platform. - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Sales & Revenue Generation: - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue through the OTA platform. - Monitor hotel performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery. Reporting & Administration: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and hotel interactions using CRM software. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts. - Participate in sales meetings and trai
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry (a plus!).
  3. Strong understanding of the hotel industry and the OTA business model (a plus!).
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva).
  9. Fluency in both Thai and English.
