Job DescriptionsJob Responsibilities:
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
•Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
•Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies management, document filing, and coordination with external vendors.
•Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
•Support communication between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.
•Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
•Coordinate work permit and visa applications for foreign employees if needed.
•Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferred.
•Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
•Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
•Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
•Experience in recruitment and employee relations is a plus.
