Job Descriptions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol 2. Conduct maintenance of electrical systems 3. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations 4. Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary 5. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality 6. Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed 7. Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide. 8. Doing their specified Standard Operating Procedures 9. Check, Repair and Test Elevators for preliminary solutions.
Qualifications
  1. Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Specially Aircon Technologies
