Job Descriptions
- Reply to inquiries regarding the products by asking suppliers.
- Responsible for domestic and import purchases and also coordinated supporting International Sales.
- Issued PO to domestic & aboard Supplier
- Prepare shipping documents for imports by coordinating with the shipping company.
- Manage Freight forwarder Air & Sea.
- Manage the related departments to ensure that all requirements are well prepared.
- Manage delivery as planned
- Understand the BOI process
- Coordinate and manage quality claims with suppliers.
- Control freight and shipping cost
- Coordinate payments with the accounting department.
- Solve any problem regarding import on time.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with the suppliers.
- Other assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาตั้งแต่ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- Good of understand, written and spoken in English
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป
- At least 3 years' experience in the Position Import Export & BOI
- Work in BOI function
- มีความรู้เอกสาร ISO
- บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- รับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา
- ขยัน อดทน มีความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต มีจริยธรรม
