Job Descriptions- Handle and support customer issues/problems via Chat and Email to ensure that the problems will be solved.
- Professionally manage escalated issues from customers, ensuring they are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Book a flight, hotel, car rental, activities, tourist spots, tour and etc. for the customers.
- Change/adjust hotel check-in & check-out.
Working hour
- 24-hour shift rotation
- 2 days off / week
Work location
- Bhiraj Tower at Bitec (BTS Bang Na)
Qualifications - Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- English proficiency (CEFR B1 Level or above)
- Able to work in shift rotation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently prioritize customer needs
- Experience in hospitality fields such as hotel, airline (full time or internship)
- Fresh graduates are also welcome.
