Job Descriptions
รายละเอียดงาน
1. จัดเตรีมเอกสารการสั่งซื้อตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2. ตรวจสอบเอกสารการนำเข้าสินค้า ประสานงานกับ Shipping Agent เพื่อเคลียร์สินค้าเข้าคลัง
3. จัดทำรายงาน update แผนกำหนดการส่งสินค้าเข้าคลัง แจ้งทุกหน่วยงานทุกเกี่ยวข้อง
4. จัดทำรายงาน Inventory ประจำเดือน นำส่ง Supplier
5. คำนวณและสั่งซื้อส่วนประกอบการแพคสินค้า
6. ประสานงานแจ้งแพคสินค้าเข้าคลัง เพื่อพร้อมรอจำหน่าย
7. ช่วยเตรียมเอิกสารจดแจ้ง / ขึ้นทะเบียน / กับหน่วยงานราขการต่างๆ
8. ติดตามเอกสารวางบิลค่าใช้จ่าย ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่าย ทำรายงานสรุปส่งแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
9. Create ข้อมูลสินค้า เข้าระบบ Expresss
ทำงานจันทร์ - ศุกร์ หยุดเสาร์ - อาทิตย์
เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น.
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย หญิง, อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา Supply Chain / Logisgtic
- มืทักษะการสื่อสาร ไทย – อังกฤษ ในระดับดี
