Job Descriptions
1. บันทึกตั้งหนี้ประจำวัน และบันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบบัญชีของบริษัท
2. ตามเอกสารก่อนบันทึกบัญชี ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดความถูกต้องใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับภาษี / ใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
3. รับวางบิลและติดตามเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการซื้อของบริษัท เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ , ใบส่งของและใบรับรองของ ใบสั่งซื้อ
4. ตรวจเอกสารภาษีประจำเดือน และ ยื่นภงด.3 53 ภพ.30
5. จัดเก็บเอกสารเข้าแฟ้มประจำเดือน
6. กระทบยอดบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ และGL ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมอบจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา ปวช , ปวส , ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3-5 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี Formula , Ada
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงานด้านบัญชี
