ตรวจสอบและบันทึกบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่ายของบริษัทในเครือ
ควบคุมการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และเอกสารทางบัญชีอื่น ๆ
ควบคุมการชำระเงินให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
ตรวจสอบการรับเงินจากลูกค้าและติดตามหนี้ค้างชำระ
จัดทำภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภาษีซื้อ-ภาษีขาย และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 24 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีรับ-จ่าย อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ดูแลบัญชีของบริษัทหลาย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Excel ในการวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชี
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ และบริษัทในเครือได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
