Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำรายการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบในการประกอบอาหาร ให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนพนักงาน
2.ควบคุมสต๊อกวัตถุดิบ ให้เพียงพออยู่เสมอ
3.ควบคุมอายุของวัตถุดิบตามระบบ FIFO
4.จัดทำอาหารได้ทันเวลาและเพียงตามกำหนด
5.ดูแลรักษา อุปกรณ์ครัว ภาชนะ ห้องครัว ห้องรับประทานอาหาร และห้องรับรองแขก ให้สะอาดอยู่เสมอ
6.งานอื่มๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำอาหารสัญชาติจีนมาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการประกอบอาหาร
- มีใบรับรองผู้ประกอบอาหาร
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน พิมพ์ พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
