Job Descriptions• Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and hiring new employees.
• Manage and oversee employee benefits, such as social security, health insurance, etc.
• Manage and oversee the employee database system.
• Prepare for and organize activities, as well as foster a positive work atmosphere.
• Coordinate with all departments in organizing activities and internal communications, as well as contribute to creating a positive working environment.
• Organize labor relations activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Social Science, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working as a Labor Relations Officer or Personnel Officer.
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creativity and confidence in organizing activities.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve problems effectively.
• Experience and understanding of foundation work will be an advantage.
