Job Descriptions
- Coordinate between human resources and another departments in the company. - Coordinate between Bangkok office and Ayutthaya factory such as paying petty cash and sending a document to the factory. - Check time attendance, absence and leave form and send data to the manager for payroll operation. - Operate a recruitment and an interview as company requirement as well as orientation for new employees. - Coordinate and operate the annual activities related to a company's plan and policy e.g. annual health check, Songkran's Day and New Year's party, Company's trip. - Coordinate with various government agencies related to company's operations such as Labor Protection and Welfare Office, Social Security Fund and Immigration Bureau for about VISA - Other works assigned by Supervisory
Qualifications
  1. Female Thai Nationality. age between 22-35 years old.
  2. Knowledge HR of the function.
  3. Knowledge of Basic Labor Laws and Salary Process .
  4. Knowledge of VISA and Work Permit process.
  5. Have a good relations and communication skills.
  6. Have a good skill of Microsoft office.
  7. Able to communicate with English or Japanese will be advantage.
