Job Description Free Zone Operation Control •Generate PA order in MRP system for generate declaration •Check tariff & Price error of Local parts and Request part information with Local supplier •Manage declaration type D among Generate, Shortship, Cancel and follow up with supplier including closing the report month end •Print out (กศก 122) for customs and local supplier •Follow up POA Local Supplier •Temporary borrow the vehicle for move in-out the Free Zone •Follow up status declaration 0309 to close 0409 •Prepare declaration to move battery outside Job Description Import-Export Operation Control •Daily operate shipping document to support customs clearance to release other import shipment smoothly at terminal •Cooperate with customs officer and port agent for import customs clearance •Assistant key member of classify HS code's team for new model for by air and sea shipment. •Operate feed data transaction to Freezone system with correct customs release date and Close monthly report to confirm Accounting •Coordinate with shipping broker and freight forwarder for pick up documents. •Perform as manager assignments
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  2. New graduate or 1-3 years of working experience
  3. Male and Female, Age not over 25 years old
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, MS 365
  5. Good interpersonal skills, creative thinking, can-do attitude, service-minded and team working
  6. Able to work on-site in Laemchabang, Chonburi
  7. Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy
