- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support. - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to IT staff based on their strengths and expertise. - Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. - Support maintaining smooth operation of existing system applications. - Implement and support development of new system, new function of existing system, or modifying existing system. - Support creating user manuals and providing training regarding system application. - Provide effective analytical data for business improvement or strategy planning. - To collaborate with vendors regarding application system development or change requests. - Provide timely resolution of IT-related issues, develop effective work-around solutions, and establish monitoring tools and procedures to ensure streamlined processes. - Manage IT asset inventory and ensure accurate records are maintained.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Male/Female, 31-40 years old
6-7 years’ experience in IT support, computer setup, troubleshooting and hotel hospitality systems.
Good communication in English and Thai, both in speaking and writing.
Good in user service support and user training skills.
Work focused with good attitude to work and creative thinking.
